I just updated the Stock Status Tracker and the situation remains. The Sony a7r III is in-stock at multiple authorized dealers, while the Nikon D850 remains elusive.
The pull for the hard to find Nikon D850 may be strong but resist the temptation to do something very risky/stupid, like buying the camera from random “Just Launched” sellers that offer it on Amazon. Nothing good will come out of such a purchase for you. Resist the temptation! Unfortunately these keep popping up faster than Amazon can take them down.

The manufacturer refurbished Nikon D3400 Two Lens Kit with the 18-55 and 70-300 DX lenses has dropped from $400 to $390, but also lost the $20 eBay gift card that had during the Black-Cyber season. I just updated the Stock Status Tracker and there is a “discount” on the limited availability premium of the Nikon D850. The camera’s official price is $3300 at authorized dealers, but it went over $3500 by importers who had it in-stock. Now the “limited availability premium” is shrinking, it’s “only” +$100, you can get it in imported grey-market condition with a 1-year seller warranty (not Nikon USA) by eBay seller Deals All Year (New Jersey) for $3400 with free shipping.
Personally I would wait for the Nikon USA authorized dealers, but I am not the Master of the Universe (I am barely the master of my thoughts), I can’t decide for everybody else 🙂
If you really don’t want to wait for the Nikon D850 to come in-stock from authorized Nikon USA dealers for $3300 [check the Stock Status Tracker for that], and you are willing to pay a limited availability premium, and get a 1-year seller warranty (instead of a Nikon USA warranty), then…

On the “Take Pictures With” two-lens kit front, the new condition Nikon D5600 with the 18-55 and 70-300 lenses is on sale for $797 with free shipping at authorized dealers such as Adorama (with free accessories) and B&H Photo (with free accessories) and Amazon itself (limit 3).
The D5600 body only goes for $650, while the D5600 w/18-55 goes for $750. So you are getting the 70-300 for an extra $50 versus the standard 1-lens kit. This being the holiday season, even if you don’t need the 18-55 and 70-300 for yourself, you can use them in a gift bundle for friends and family, eg bundle them with a Nikon DSLR you don’t need or use often.
The D5600 body only went for $650 in early November as well when I posted the APS-C DSLR price charts.
If you don’t need the new condition version though, you can wait for another manufacturer refurbished sale. It went for $620 at least a couple of times in the past.
