Compact Cameras under $400 eBay sale
eBay has a featured compact cameras under $400 sale that includes 81 different options from various sellers and in various conditions (new or refurbished). The Canon G16 and Samsung NX Mini are probably the only ones with RAW, the rest are superzooms, waterproofs, point and shoots and accessories. Due to time constraints I cannot price check 81 different cameras on a dime, so that is a DIY adventure if you see anything you may be interested in.
