The Nikon DSLR deal that appears in many of the Black Friday Ads is the Nikon D3300 two-lens VR kit (18-55, 55-200, both VR) for $500. The internets have now matched that deal, you can get the kit, with a wireless adapter, remote controller, 16GB card and $10~ promotional rewards for $500 at Adorama… Optionally you can add additional Nikon SLR lenses for a combined purchase discount (see the yellow “Special Offer” section)… Contrasting that, the D3200 2-lens VR kit goes for $400…

UPDATE: this offer also landed at Amazon for $500.

Canon G9X with Pixma Pro 100 & Extras for $400 after $350 MIR

Adorama has another rebate bundle centered around the Canon G9 X rawsumer. It also includes the Pixma Pro 100 printer, 50pk 13×19 inch photo paper, gadget bag, and 32GB Lexar SD. It goes for $400 after a $350 mail-in rebate (prepaid AMEX gift card). Offer ends 11/29/15.

More Black Friday Ads are being digested (it continues)

The Black Friday Ad digest (going through them and pointing out the camera and photo related items) continues at the mega-post at the main blog with even more additions. There are still more retailers that are being added as we speak. So far the Nikon D3300 and the Canon D-Rebel T5 are appearing in many of the ads, and in our MAP-controlled world, they have the same prices everywhere.

On the action camera front, the GoPro HERO+ (Wi-Fi Enabled) is now on sale for $170 with free shipping at Amazon by Amazon itself… Speaking of Amazon, they have this 13.3″ Dell Inspiron i7359-2435SLV laptop on sale for $500 (limit 1; i5-6200U, 4GB, 500GB, 2in1, 1366 x 768 touchscreen, Win10, etc)…

Of the Ultra SD cards, the 64GB Class 10 SDXC UHS-I goes for $25.60 (limit 5) and the 128GB Class 10 SDXC UHS-I goes for $52.39 (limit 5). These go up to 80MB/sec transfer speeds. There’s also the previously mentioned 128GB microSDs for $40. In an ideal world all these would have been rounded up in a single post, but we are now entering the Chaos and Disorder of Black Friday season 🙂

The Nikon D3200 is a stubborn DSLR. It refuses to go away. It even finds itself in the Black Friday spotlight. The Nikon D3200 two-lens DX VR kit (18-55, 55-200) is now on sale for $400 with frees shipping at Amazon by Amazon itself (limit 5) and Adorama and B&H Photo et al.

NOTE: the newer Nikon D3300 two-lens VR kit will be offered for $500 during Black Friday (currently goes for $600). So there’s a $100 trade-off price-wise between the D3200 and D3300 two-lens VR kits.

Another decision point is whether you need the two DX VR lenses or not. You can get the D3200 body only in refurbished condition with a 90 day Nikon warranty for $245 at Adorama.

Another data point, you can get the D3200 two-lens kit with the non-VR lenses, in manufacturer refurbished condition for $300 by BuyDig on eBay.

128GB Samsung and PNY microSDXC cards for $40 ea
