The price you see on the product page varies (it is $60 as of the time of writing). The price drops to $40 when you go deep into the Checkout page, one last step before you place the order. No coupon is needed for this one. There is a hint of this sale on the aforelinked page, the block that says “Prime Members Save More on This Product”.

When you reach the last step before finally placing an order, you should see something like this:

If the price total does not drop to $40, it means the offer ended or there’s something else wrong. Do not place an order if the price is higher (unless you want to buy it for more).

The offer is good for both the disc and the download. Sales tax collection may differ depending on delivery method and state.

It doesn’t typically take long for the latest Elements software to get into the discounting round. Right now, the Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 14 combination is on sale for $90 at Amazon as either digital download or physical media by mail… On the other hand, if you don’t need Premiere at all, Photoshop Elements 14 on its own goes for $63~ in download or by mail…
