Good until midnight tonight (it doesn’t say pacific or eastern) [and midnight is a temporally inaccurate term but that’s what it says] coupon code SURPRISE gets you either 10% off or 20% off or 30% off at Stacksocial. The discount is revealed after you enter the coupon. Due to time-constraints I can’t check their current inventory before midnight, so this is a DIY YMMV adventure. You can use the search box over there to look for keywords of interest (eg camera, wordpress, adobe, photography, etc).
In an email to registered users earlier today, eBay has a new promotion trying to encourage shoppers to download and use its mobile app. To make it so, the app will have a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $20+. The coupon must be used within the app. The terms say “Only invited, registered eBay users who receive the Coupon in My eBay are eligible”. Their email has more details on how to use it. I haven’t done this, so I don’t know what happens next…

It’s a new year and January is often a clearance month as CES ushers in new waves of new products. Adorama has a number of pages with various items as follows. There are over 1000 items listed in the links below, and due to time constraints I can’t go through them at this time. If you feel like deal-fishing, here they are:

If you are a participant in the Rakuten (formerly Buy.com) Rewards program, coupon code REWARDME gets you 5% back in rewards site-wide until 1/31/16. This is useful for tech purchases since they rarely participate in rewards promotions. Non-tech items get higher percentage (presumably because higher margins allow for more flexibility). Groupon has a new site wide coupon, coupon code JUMBO3 gets you 10% off on Goods (most of the camera-related gear is here), and 20% off Local (a lot of the photo prints and services and classes are here). You can navigate by categories and sub-categories or simply use the search bar to search for brands or product categories (eg prints, DSLR, etc) of interest at the Groupon website. The coupon expires at the end of day on 1/22/16 (Friday). The promotion has been extended by an additional day (1/21/16 (Thursday))
The restrictions on the coupon are as follows: you can use it up to three times in Goods, up to three times in Local and up to three times in Gateways. You can only get one unit of each offer discounted. For example, you can buy three different cameras (X1, Y1, Z1), but only one unit of each camera (one X1, one Y1, one Z1) will be discounted by the coupon. The maximum discount is $50 per deal.
This is a YMMV promotion, check your emails or eBay Messages to see if you are invited to participate in this promotion. You must manually opt-in by activating the offer before you start shopping. Running between 8am ET today and 2:59am ET on Friday, you earn eBay Bonus Bucks on purchases as follows:
+ 4% (2X) on every qualifying item of $50 or more
+ 6% (3X) on every qualifying item of $100 or more
+ 8% (4X) on every qualifying item of $150 or more
These are rewards to be used in future purchases, not discounts on the current purchase price. The promotion is triggered by the prices of individual items, not on your shopping cart total. Meaning if you buy one item for $51, you get 4% rewards. If you buy ten $29 items, you get no bonus rewards (you still get the standard 2% (1x) rewards).
You can earn multiple rewards during this promotion. The caps are $100 reward per item and $500 total during this promotional period. The usual exclusions apply (no eBay Gift Cards, no Classifieds, no Real Estate, etc). The promotional email/message has all the details.

If you do a lot of photo prints at your local CVS stores, one of the latest featured eBay Deals is a plastic $100 CVS Gift Card offered for $88 with free shipping by eBay seller SVM Gift Cards (99.6%). This is a mail delivery plastic physical gift card. Limit three per buyer.
Monoprice is slowly but steadily expanding into a bigger internet player. With shipping facilities in the middle of the country and the carrying products from other manufacturers. For a limited time, they have a coupon offer, Get $20 OFF an order of $100+ with Promo Code 1STDOWN entered over there. This is good for almost all the Monoprice-branded products. The few excluded Monoprice items, along with excluded 3rd-party manufacturer items can be found over there under the “excluding the following PIDs” link.
Strategically, this is good if you are planning to buy a variety of small accessories or a single item $100+. They have all kinds of camera and photo related items, either search for items of interest (camera bags, tripods, etc) or navigate the menus to the appropriate categories. Likewise for tech-related degrees-of-separation-from-photography accessories.
Speaking of Monoprice, their 6ft 30AWG High Speed HDMI Cable is on sale for $0.99, with a limit of five per customer. If you only buy these, shipping is a flat $0.99. So you pay $2, and you get one HDMI cable delivered to your front door. This offer ends 1/17/16.
While there, they also have a sale on select Computer Monitors, some of their own, and some form third-party manufacturers (LG, Dell, HP, Acer, etc), along with monitor mounts and cables and such. The sale prices are what you see there, no coupon is needed. This offer ends 1/17/16… In parallel they have a Computer Sale, no coupon needed, good until 1/19/16…
Also pay attention to the various messages and banners over there, pointing you to clearance sales and “monocles” and other assorted promotions.

The Fry’s Electronics website started a free shipping for everything promotion on their website in early November 2015, and even though the holidays are over, the promotion continues. Of interest if you need any small items/accessories that typically don’t qualify for free shipping (cables, 3rd party batteries, etc). A specific expiration date is not mentioned on the promotional page.
Coupon code BLFLASH16 gets you 20% off rentals at camera-gear-rental website BorrowLenses. The coupon expires at the end of day on 1/6/16. More details on their website.
If you are participating in the Rakuten rewards program, good until the end of day today (1/5/16), promo code NEWYEAR gets you 7% back in Rewards site-wide. Of interest to tech items since they usually get up to 5% promotional rewards. Non-tech items sometimes get double figures in rewards because they have better margins than tech. If you are planning a Christmas 2015 purchase, Tuesday is the last day for Prime members to get their items delivered for FREE with Prime’s Free 2-Day shipping. A small number of items are eligible for free 1-day Prime delivery (they have to be available at a nearby warehouse). See the Amazon Holiday Shipping Deadlines for more details.
If you live in an area with Prime NOW, you can have items delivered on Christmas Eve even. Keep in mind however that Prime NOW has much smaller subset of items than Amazon’s main website. This is because regional warehouses don’t have everything, and also because PrimeNOW is near-instant delivery, you can only order items that currently available and ready to be delivered from a nearby Amazon facility.
