It looks like Amazon has price-matched the B&H offer. As of the time of writing, you can get the new condition Tamron 12-28mm f4 PRO APS-C lens in the Canon mount for $199 with free shipping, sold and shipped by Amazon itself. Maximum three lenses per customer.
It is currently in “temporarily out of stock” status, so shipping date is up in the air, but you can lock the $199 price if you like it.

Warranty-wise, if you are buying in Canada, you get a 6-year Tamron Canada warranty. If you are buying elsewhere, you get the 1-year Tamron International warranty. So it’s a lot shorter than the Tamron USA warranty. That’s one of the reasons why the price is lower. They are a Canadian seller but the eBay listing says they ship from various locations in the USA.
