Used Fuji X-T10 body for $369

Price-checking has began again as I’m working on the Mirrorless segment of the Price Charts series.

Fuji has many X-cameras now. If your research and price points are pointing towards a used Fuji X-T10, there are a lot of options under $400 at the moment for the body only. Adorama and Green Mountain Camera are fighting for the $369 price point at Amazon Warehouse Deals in “Used – Like New” condition.

Meanwhile KEH Camera, which offers a 180-day warranty [factor that into the price since warranties cost money to offer] offers it for $379 plus shipping in “Used EX+” (Excellent Plus) condition. Or for $20 more for an “LN-” condition (LN = Like New).

Used prices of the X-T20 are almost twice as much at the moment.

Open-box Fuji X-E3 with 18-55 for $1149

The new condition Fuji X-E3 with 18-55mm kit goes for $1299 at authorized dealers but if you want to save some, authorized dealer OneCall is offering in open-box condition for $1149 with free shipping and they come with the full manufacturer warranty.

Fuji X-PRO 2 body only with extras for $1500

The Fuji X-PRO 2 body only recently (not sure when) dropped from $1700 to $1500 at authorized dealers, and at the moment Adorama is bundling four freebies with it, the Corel software bundle, a 32GB Fuji SDHC card, a 24/7 Traffic Collection holster, and a cleaning kit. This too surfaced while doing the price-checking for the upcoming Price Charts series for this week.

One change for this edition, I am dropping the Leica cameras from the 35mm full frame chart to simplify things and make it more readable. There’s nine of them ranging from $4000 to $8000. More noise than signal 🙂 They are staying in the Mirrorless and the other Price Charts. They are getting dropped only from the 35mm Full Frame chart because they are overwhelming it 🙂

Fuji X-E3 added to Stock Status Tracker

The Fuji X-E3 is estimated by Amazon to come out September 28, but you know how it is with estimates. So I have just added the X-E3 body only to the Stock Status Tracker. I will also keep an eye on the other two official kits, but the compromise made in order to add it to the Tracker without adding more overhead was to focus on the X-E3 body only.

Reminder: Fuji X-E3 estimated to ship September 28

The new Fuji X-E3 mirrorless camera (available in three different kits) is estimated to be in-stock around September 28 (2017), but keep in mind, as it is often the case with new camera releases in limited quantities, the dates can shift and change as time goes by!

We are still a couple of days away from the release giving you time to research this camera and alternative cameras/systems so you can make an educated decision before it rolls out.

Pre-orders are accepted for $900 (body only), $1150 (w/23mm f2), $1300 (w/18-55) at B&H Photo and Adorama and Amazon itself.

PS: if you are an Amazon Prime member, AND you have either the Amazon Chase Prime VISA credit card or the Amazon Prime Store credit card, AND you pay for your order with it, you can get 5% back as a statement credit. However, if you are offered and accept any special 0% financing promotion with the Amazon Store Credit Card, you will not earn a 5% statement credit.

Likewise, Adorama offers the black X-T20 bundle with the same accessories and the same price of $1200.

Pre-order new Fuji 80mm f2.8 R LM OIS WR MACRO

Coming along with the Fuji X-E3 camera and its accessories, Fuji also revealed a new medium format prime lens, but also a new prime lens for their X-System!

The new Fuji 80mm f2.8 R LM OIS WR MACRO has a starting price of $1200 and it is available for pre-ordering at B&H Photo and Adorama.

This too has been added to the New Lenses of 2017 tracking page.

Pre-order Fuji X-E3 Accessories: Hand Grip $129, Bottom Case $79

In addition to the previously mentioned Fuji X-E3 camera pre-orders, now two of its serious accessories are available for pre-ordering:

+ Fuji MHG-XE3 Metal Hand Grip for $129 at Adorama and Amazon itself (late September estimate)

+ Fuji LC-XE3 Bottom Leather Case for $79 at Adorama and Amazon itself (late September estimate)

For more Adorama action, check their latest New Releases and Pre-orders page.

Pre-order new Fuji X-E3 Mirrorless iLC starting at $899

Mirrorless cameras just scored a goal, increasing their lead to 10-8! Fuji put in a new middlefielder that scored this goal [okay, time to abandon soccer/football analogies]…

Fuji has a new 24mp APS-C mirrorless camera in their X-System, it is part of the X-E series, it is the brand new X-E3, available in silver or black [but still not Raiders edition].

It will be available in three official kits as follows:

  • BODY ONLY for $899
  • with 23mm f2 for $1150
  • with 18-55 for $1300

Pre-orders at the above prices are now accepted at B&H Photo and Adorama and Amazon itself where the release estimate is September 28 (2017).

Keep in mind though, estimates are only estimates until or unless the cameras start shipping.

This reinforces the three Fuji X-System lines of X-T, X-E, and X-A.

It also juxtapositions this new camera with the existing Fuji X-T1 with FREE 35mm f2 promotion, at the moment giving the X-T1 an advantage in terms of both a lower price and a free lens included with it. [check the Stock Status Tracker for all the X-T1 options].

Imported Fuji X-T2 body only w/seller warranty for $1450

And now we continue refreshing the Stock Status Tracker with some Fuji X-T2 body only action!

If you are comfortable with imported cameras with a warranty provided by the seller (not Fuji USA), you can get the new condition Fuji X-T2 in imported grey-market condition for $1450 by Deals All Year on eBay (99.8%, New Jersey).

On the other hand, if you prefer used cameras, you can get it in “Used – Excellent” condition for $1349 plus shipping (starts at $14, varies by zipcode) from Adorama which offers a 90-day warranty of their own and a 30-day return policy.

Meanwhile Cardinal Photo is offering it in “Used – Like New” condition for $1399 through Amazon Warehouse Deals. Not Prime eligible. The description says this is the X-T2 with 18-55 kit, with the 18-55 removed (and presumably sold separately).

Some sellers do this, by selling them separately, they can get a better price than selling the kit as is. This is because of the built-in discount of the official “with lens” kits. As long as sellers are upfront about it and are clear in the descriptions, giving people more options and more alternatives is good.

In-Stock Now: Fuji X-T1 Body with 35mm f2R Lens and EXTRAS (Battery, Bag, SD) for $800

If you don’t need the extra accessories, for the same price, you can get it from B&H Photo with 4% promotional rewards. That’s about $32 to be spent in future purchases at B&H.

The X-T1 with 18-55 and 35/2 bundle, and the X-T1 Graphite with 35/2 remain in-stock at multiple retailers for $1200, but the body only bundle is only in-stock at B&H as of the time of writing.
