Price goofiness with the Fuji X-T20. The body only goes for $900 and that’s also the price for the kit with the 16-50mm lens. But add $200 to that, and you also get the Fuji XC 50-230mm (76-350mm) F4.5-6.7 OIS II Lens (which goes for $400 on its own), along with the Fuji Metal Hand Grip. Speaking of Fuji, a number of Fuji X-cameras, including the brand new X-H1 pre-orders get a FREE Domke-Fuji F803 camera bag.

First Fuji X-H1 deal arrives: FREE Domke F-803 Camera Bag

We have the first Fuji X-H1 deal already, shortly after I posted the Fuji X-H1 pre-order round-up. The first deal is this: if you pre-order it at Adorama, either as the body only for $1900 or with the battery grip for $2200, you will automatically receive a FREE Domke Fuji cobranded F-803 camera bag. You will get this for free as long as this is mentioned in the individual product page over there! Here’s a screenshot to make sure I did not hallucinate 🙂

If the promotion rings a bell, that’s because this promotion is already in progress for other Fujis (X-T2, X-PRO2, select lenses).

Pre-order new Fuji X-H1 Camera and Battery Grip and Lens Bundles

We begin the Pre-Order-a-palooza that was promised with some of the new cameras and lenses that were officially announced this week, starting with the new flagship of the Fuji X-system, the new X-H1, with an in-body image-stabilization to boot! This is the fifth new mirrorless camera revealed in 2018 [see New Cameras of 2018 tracker], giving Mirrorless cameras a commanding 5-0 lead over Team DSLR.

FUJI X-H1 BODY ONLY
The Fuji X-H1 body only is available for pre-ordering for $1900 at Adorama and B&H Photo and Amazon by Amazon itself with a March 1st release estimate. Do note however that estimates are only estimates and they change over time!

BATTERY GRIP for FUJI X-H1
A flagship camera is not a flagship without a dedicated battery grip, and the X-H1 is getting the Fujifilm VPB-XH1 Vertical Power Booster Grip for $329, available for pre-ordering by Amazon itself and Adorama and B&H Photo.

There is also a pre-order option for the X-H1 bundled with the battery grip with a $30 combo discount, $2199 instead of $2229 🙂

FUJI X-H1 bundled with PRO LENSES
What if you also want a pro lens to go with the new X-H1? Fuji has created bundles with three of their existing X system pro lenses [not the new T2.9 cinema lenses] as follows:

+ X-H1 with 16-55mm for $2949
+ X-H1 with 50-140mm for $3349
+ X-H1 with 100-400mm for $3649
+ the above kits are also available with the official battery grip for +$300

You can find all these options at the organized product announcement pages at B&H Photo and Adorama and the search results at Amazon.

Pre-order new Fuji T2.9 Zoom Cinema Lenses for X System

If you are a fan of cinematography and the Fuji X system, Fuji has two new propositions for you, their first two Cinema lenses for the X-system. These are T2.9 zoom lenses, and they are available for pre-order as follows:

+ MKX 18-55mm T2.9 for $4000 at Adorama and Amazon itself and $4100 at B&H Photo

+ MKX 50-135mm T2.9 for $4300 at B&H Photo and Adorama and Amazon itself

These two new T lenses too have been added to the New Lenses of 2018 tracking page.

Preorder new Fuji X-H1 flagship camera

Fans of in-body camera image stabilization are now cheering another convert to the cause as the brand new Fuji X-H1 flagship camera has an in-body image stabilization that promises up to 5.5 stops if the stars and the lenses align (multiple puns intended).

Despite the H in the name, this remains an APS-C camera, not an APS-H camera.

The new Fuji X-H1 has a starting price of $1899 and it is available for pre-ordering at Adorama and B&H Photo and Amazon by Amazon itself.

Fuji is also offering combined purchase discounts if one orders the camera with one of three Fuji pro lenses (their two f2.8 zooms or the 100-400). Details on the individual product pages above.

But that’s not all! Coming along with it are two Fuji Cinema T zoom manual lenses. Fuji is after all no stranger to cinema lenses. You can see all the new items available for pre-ordering at the new announcement pages at Adorama and B&H Photo. Amazon doesn’t have advanced technology like that, but you can see most of them in their search results
