After digging through the “Upcoming” Camera and Photo Lighting Deals of the gargantuan Amazon USA Gold Box, there is one lens currently on the “Upcoming” schedule, starting at 7:05am eastern on Wednesday, the Rokinon 12mm F2.0 NCS CS manual focus lens for the Fuji X system. The price before the sale is $329. The product listing only has the Fuji X, no other options.

You need to be a Prime member to get the sale price. If you are not, but you like the price when it goes live, you can start a 30 day free trial. Just make sure you put an alert in your calendar to cancel it if you don’t fall into the trap that millions of paying Prime subscribers fell into. Fuji Learnings time! Starting at 12pm eastern on Wednesday 9/9/20, CreativeLIVE will be re-broadcasting for FREE their 5 hour and 12 minute Fast Start class with John Greengo on the Fuji X-T3 mirrorless camera. This goes through the camera in 23 lessons (controls, menus, etc). The list of chapters is shown over there. Once the free-streaming begins, you can watch it like over-the-air TV. New Fuji X-System Instant Savings (Cameras, Lenses, MF, RAWsumers)

If you are mesmerized by the Fuji X-system, you are in luck and your wallet is potentially in tears as there’s a new round of Fuji Instant Savings running at B&H Photo that includes both camera kits and lenses on their own. Fuji cameras may be easier to adapter-use 3rd-party lenses on, but for fans of native AF lenses the options are fewer than other mirrorless systems, which keeps the Fuji lens prices without a lot of competition. People are not even willing to let go of the kit lenses when selling the cameras 🙂

The sale includes the X-T30 with the 15-45 and freebies for $999, the 16-55 f2.8 lens with freebies for $900, and so on… Too many camera kits (X-T200, X-E3, X-A7 in the adorkable mint-green color scheme, etc) and lenses to list here individually…
