Case Logic TBC-302 camera case for $3.19 w/free s&h for all {limit 3}

For $3.19 with free shipping for all, you can get the black Case Logic TBC-302 camera case, sold and shipped by Amazon itself in frustration-free packaging (typically ships in sturdy cardboard box which you can re-use for other projects). You don’t have to be a Prime member to get free shipping on this one. Limit three per customer. Only this color scheme is on sale.

In yet another twist of the Amazon free shipping labyrinth, this is not eligible for Prime shipping benefits, even though it is sold and shipped by Amazon, and it ships for FREE. And it is not part of the Add-On program. Amazon needs to maintain a live flowchart to help us keep track of the various free shipping twists 🙂

Eagled-eyed readers may have noticed a familiarity with the case. Indeed, it looks very very similar to the previously mentioned AmazonBasics tiny case, which is now down to $1.80. This is part of the Add-On program, so you must place a $25+ order to buy it (regardless of Prime status). I don’t have the Case Logic version, but I have the AmazonBasics case, and it is very small (eg for small/thin P&S digital cameras; see earlier long post). Details on the small $1.99 AmazonBasics camera bag

This is the update that was promised, the previously mentioned small AmazonBasics camera bag, currently going for $1.99 (limit 90, part of the Add-On program) has arrived. It is indeed a small bag, for small thin P&S cameras. Most older P&S cameras are probably too thick or too big to fit. It is perhaps best suited if you want to store memory cards, flash drives, small camera remote controls and other small accessories and things you don’t want to lose – in their own padded zippered bag.

AmazonBasics Compact Camera Case drops to $2.09

The small AmazonBasics Compact Camera Case was going for $2.57 when we mentioned it last week. As of the time of writing, it has dropped to $2.09, and Amazon has removed the typical limit of 30 per customer. You can buy up to 90 of these per shopping cart. It is still part of the Add-On program, so you need to place an order of $25+ in physical goods shipped/fulfilled by Amazon, otherwise the shopping cart won’t let you buy it. I am also keeping an eye towards the ever-increasing number of other AmazonBasics camera bags in case they too get discounted.

PS: for more on the Add-On program and such, check the longer post of last week. Because if I try to summarize it, I will end up writing an even longer post 🙂

PS2: I added one of these to my last Amazon order so I can get a better feel of its actual physical size. I will post another post after it arrives… UPDATE: here is the update that was promised, it turned into a long filibustery description…
