They are instead focusing on their Netflix-style subscription service where you can read as much and as many as you want as long as you are a paying subscriber.
Existing O’Reilly purchases will continue to be available. They also have options to download and send-to-cloud your existing ebooks. They will continue to sell ebooks individually through the various online ebookstores (Kindle, etc).
