Pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy TAB S9 tablets with some discount offers

In addition to the previously mentioned Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 pre-orders, Samsung has also launched their new TAB S9 flagship tablet in three flavors. The base model starting at $800, the Plus starting at $1000 and the Ultra starting at $1200 for the Wifi-only versions. Thankfully the naming is consistent with their S-series smartphone flagships 🙂

The official Samsung website has various pre-order and trade-in and financing offerings, and offers a free storage upgrade as follows:

+ 11-inch S9 base model from 8GB/128GB to 12GB/256GB
+ this is the most impactful free upgrade as both RAM and storage go up

+ 12.4″ S9 Plus with 12GB RAM, from 256GB to 512GB

+ 14.6″ S9 Ultra with 12GB RAM, from 256GB to 512GB

+ carrier options are available for the Plus model

$50 pre-order discount for the S9 Base and Plus models
If you don’t qualify or you are not interested or the dizzying Samsung website turns you off, B&H Photo is offering a $50 off in-cart discount, in addition to the free storage upgrade as follows:

+ 11-inch Tab S9 Base (Wifi only) with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage for $750 after in-cart pre-order discount
+ the little tab at the B&H page incorrectly says 16GB instead of 12GB
+ the product description correctly says 12GB
+ Samsung does NOT make a 16GB version, so no matter how much one can “Karen it”, they can’t get a 16GB version 😉

Pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 with Extra Storage and Gift Cards and Such

Yesterday Samsung revealed (we live tweeted it) their new flagship foldable phones along with their new smartwatches. Now it’s time for pre-ordering! The estimated release date is August 11 in 2023!

The official Samsung website has a variety of offers and trade-in promotions. You can buy it unlocked or you can buy it for your favorite carrier. Trade-in and financing offers also abound. And at the moment you get the extra storage option for the same price. Meaning the 512GB version of the Z Flip 5 goes for $1000 (same as the 256GB), while the 512GB version of the Z Fold 5 goes for $1800 (same as the 256GB).

Samsung also has offers for first responders, government employees, educational offers (yes, parents are included as well, not just students/teachers), military and families, and employee purchase programs.

On the other hand, if you prefer to buy the unlocked phone and you don’t want or don’t qualify for the various Samsung offer programs, Amazon is throwing in Amazon Gift Cards with purchase! You also get the 512GB version for the 256GB price!
