In addition to the previously mentioned Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 pre-orders, Samsung has also launched their new TAB S9 flagship tablet in three flavors. The base model starting at $800, the Plus starting at $1000 and the Ultra starting at $1200 for the Wifi-only versions. Thankfully the naming is consistent with their S-series smartphone flagships 🙂
The official Samsung website has various pre-order and trade-in and financing offerings, and offers a free storage upgrade as follows:
+ 11-inch S9 base model from 8GB/128GB to 12GB/256GB
+ this is the most impactful free upgrade as both RAM and storage go up
+ 12.4″ S9 Plus with 12GB RAM, from 256GB to 512GB
+ 14.6″ S9 Ultra with 12GB RAM, from 256GB to 512GB
+ carrier options are available for the Plus model
$50 pre-order discount for the S9 Base and Plus models
If you don’t qualify or you are not interested or the dizzying Samsung website turns you off, B&H Photo is offering a $50 off in-cart discount, in addition to the free storage upgrade as follows:
+ 11-inch Tab S9 Base (Wifi only) with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage for $750 after in-cart pre-order discount
+ the little tab at the B&H page incorrectly says 16GB instead of 12GB
+ the product description correctly says 12GB
