Don’t run to the hills! Run to Amazon! An update of the Stock Status Tracker shows a March 13th estimate for the Nikon D850 at Amazon by Amazon itself at its starting price of $3300. The various kits with various Nikon lenses shown on the same listing have the same estimates since they simply ship you the boxes of the camera and the lens(es) of choice; these are not separate Nikon boxes for every D850 + lens combination. As long as the lenses too are in a similar or better stock situation.
As usual, keep in mind estimates are estimates, and they change over time based on a variety of reasons!
