Ricoh GR-D III: In-Stock in the EU, US Coming Soon [updated]

We have another in-stock alert, this time on the other side of the pond. The new Ricoh GR-D III big sensor prime is now in-stock for 899 euro at Amazon Germany, sold and shipped by themselves…

UPDATE 3/24/19 at 1:17am ET: in the US, Amazon itself is taking orders for its starting price of $899 in the all-encompassing “temporarily out of stock” status, while Adorama and B&H Photo are marked as “Coming Soon”…

UPDATED 3/22/19 at 1am ET: In the US, the camera is now in-stock and ready to ship for its starting price of $900 at Adorama with free expedited shipping … Amazon itself went from a March 22nd estimate to “currently unavailable”… B&H Photo has a March 25 release estimate… As it is often the case with higher-demand lower-availability cameras, there’s often a bit of chaos during the initial release, so dates and estimates may change early and often. A silver lining that it mayhaps is a great choice since others are jumping in early as well 🙂 ..
