At B&H, you can buy as many as you like, but you need to place a $49+ order to get free shipping. At Amazon, you get free shipping as a Prime member or with a $25+ order (shhh! don’t tell the Amazon Price Bots, it’s not an Add-On item).

At Amazon, you can also set up a “Subscribe & Save” for $7.26 per twin-pack. This price is only guaranteed for the first shipment. Future “Subscribe & Save” shipments will ship at the future current prices when the future orders are computer-placed. You can adjust and cancel “Subscribe & Saves” at any time.

The sale is so good on the 10-pack that it actually “defeats” the 50-pack which goes for $23.49 (47c per exposure). While the twin-packs are 38c per exposure. If you plan on making small purchases at Groupon throughout the holidays, they are offering a 90-day Free Shipping service for $15. During these 90-days, you don’t need a minimum of $34.99 to get free shipping. The 60 sheet Fujifilm Instax Mini Film Value Pack is currently on sale for $34.49 at Amazon by Amazon itself with a limit of up to three value packs per customer. This comes out to $11.50 per 20-pack.

This is perhaps a price-match of sorts to the Groupon coupon SALE3 that drops the price of the 60 sheet Value Pack from $38 to $34.20 with free shipping. The coupon terms are limit one unit per deal, so only one 60-pack goes for $34.20. The other four will be at $38 each. Free shipping because the order total is over $35 before the coupon.
