Note that Google will not be offering ChromeOS updates forever. Each platform (eg a specific Celeron processor) has an expiration date. After that, no more ChromeOS updates. Once it reaches the no-more-updates date, if you don’t feel comfortable to continue using it, you can install Linux on it or a 3rd-party Chromium OS recommended by How/To/Geek…
