Sigma Lens and Flash Specials (62 options; additional discount with coupon)

B&H Photo has a big sale on 62 Sigma Lens options. Additionally, coupon code PSWBH15 entered at checkout can further discount the lenses by up to $50 off more (I can’t test the coupon on 62 lenses and live to tell, so that’s DIY on any lenses you might be interested in). This is part of their PhotoshopWorld sale festivities. Coupons expire 8/16/15.

Participating are lenses for DSLRs and mirrorless systems, along with a few flash units. Lens prices range from $209 to $1509 before the coupon is entered. A number of participating items also earn 4% promotional rewards (but not everything listed there).

Pre-order new Rokinon Xeen T1.5 Primes (24, 50, 85mm) in C/N/E/m43/PL

Rokinon has revealed a trio of new T1.5 prime lenses under the Xeen name, the 24mm, 50mm and 85mm, available in five mounts: Canon and Nikon (SLR), PL-mount, Sony E-Mount, and Micro Four Thirds. All of the lenses go for $2500 each and are available for pre-order at B&H Photo as follows: 24mm T1.5 and 50mm T1.5 and 85mm T1.5.

UPDATE: they are also available for pre-order at Adorama in four of the five mounts (Nikon not listed at the moment).

The main picture has the a7 box, while the rest of the listing talks about the a7s. That and the unusual look of the box in the listings perhaps causing people to not buy it. It comes with a one year warranty from the seller GetItDigital, not from Sony USA.

Panasonic smartly waited after the PrimeDay HypeDay to introduce two new digital cameras. First up, the new GX8 is a new 20mp micro four thirds camera, available in black or silver body only kits, with a pre-order price of $1200 at Amazon and Adorama and B&H Photo.

Next up, on the zoom-zoom front, the new Panasonic FZ300 has a constant f2.8 superzoom lens (25-600mm with Leica’s e-blessings), along with a 12mp 1/2.3″ sensor, OIS, and of course the buzzword du jour, 4K. The pre-order price is $600 and available at Amazonia and Adorama and B&H Photo.
