In-Stock Now: Pentax KP DSLR – also lens bundles discounted

Now that Pentax has a 35mm full frame DSLR (or have I imagined it?), they have to also manage a parallel product line with their more populous APS-C line. [[ insert more camera-babble talk here ]] Which brings us to their new Pentax KP APS-C DSLR that was announced in late January 2017 [see Cameras and Lenses of 2017 tracker]. The DSLR kits are now in-stock, and on top of that, the kits that include lenses are discounted from the original price. The body only though remains at $1100.

Limit up to five units per customer during this promotion. This is not a lightning deal. The body only goes for $1000, so this is a pretty good deal for the 18-135mm lens. Even if you don’t want it, you can make a nice profit selling/trading it.

In parallel with the new D-Rebel T7i, and just $150 away in price (for two out of the three kits), Canon has revealed a new model in their post-Rebel APS-C DSLR line-up. Seven is a theme, the new 24mp APS-C 77D is available for pre-orders in the usual three kits, with a late March 2017 release guestimate…

Pre-order new Canon D-Rebel T7i DSLR

Running with an almost parallel price and line-up to the mirrorless M6, Canon has also revealed a brand new DSLR in the long-running “Andre Agassi” line-up, aka the (Digital) Rebels. The new 24mp APS-C is available for pre-ordering in the usual three official kits, with a late March 2017 release guestimate.

Used Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 Di-II VC for $269 + S&H (Nikon)

The older non-stabilized Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 Di-II goes for $300 in new condition at authorized dealers, with some free accessories (eg Adorama). However, if you want to get the stabilized version, the new condition price is $649.
