The price of the items drops after you click “Add to Cart”. No coupon code needed, but you must add the item to the shopping cart to see the sale price.

Magazine Cyber Monday sale: Pick 3 for $12 or 5 for $18 or 10 for $30 [four photo options]

DiscountMags has launched their Cyber Monday Magazine Sale. The more magazines you buy, the lower you pay per magazine. The options are “Pick 3 for $12 total for 1-year” or “Pick 5 for $18 total”, or “Pick 10 for $30 total”. There are four photography magazines participating: Digital Photo Pro (rarely discounted so low!), Pop Photo, Outdoor Photographer and Digital Photo. Also participating is “HD Video Pro” along with a number of other general interest and 6-degrees-of-separation magazines. The duration is either 1 or 2 or 3 years for the whole bundle. You cannot adjust the duration per magazine but you can adjust whether it is a renewal or a new subscription. Gift subscriptions are not an option under this promotion. These are printed magazines delivered to USA addresses by mail.

Good until the end of November 2015, coupon code categorysalecp gets you 20% off Photography e-books, along with e-books that fall under the Art, Computers, Nature, and Self-Help categories at eBooks.com. Use the categories in the left hand side of their website to find these categories, or use your in-browser search feature to look for “photography”. It will find it after you type “pho”, you don’t even have to type the whole thing.

PS: as with many category-based sales, eligible items are what their computer thinks belong to those categories. There could be false-positives and false-negatives. I can’t check the coupon on every one of the 4000+ photography e-books they have over there. They are available in ePUB or PDF. They have DRM. You can also read them in a web browser.

Prime Members: Free 4-Month Magazine subscriptions (includes Popular Photography)

If you are an Amazon Prime member, for a limited time (until 10/14/15), Amazon offers you free four month subscriptions on up to three magazines, from a choice of 22 options. Options include Popular Photography, Wired, Popular Science, and such.

THE CATCH is that after the first four months, the subscription converts to an auto-renewing subscription at $12 per magazine per year. So if you want to get those four free months but don’t want to pay later, make sure you cancel before it converts to a paying subscription. Existing subscribers are not eligible. Get 5 Magazines for $20 total per year (choices include four photography magazines)

To celebrate the Labor Day weekend, DiscountMags has a special promotion, Pick 5 Magazines for $20 TOTAL per YEAR. The choices include four photography magazines: Popular Photography, Outdoor Photography, Digital Photo Pro, and Digital Pho. Use your browser’s in-page search function to search “Photo” or look for Photography under the “More” category on the rightmost side of the Menu over there, or page down until you find them.

If you select less than five magazines, you still pay $20. But there are many other options to get you to five, for example, Wired, Pop Sci, fashion, sports, nature, travel, etc.
