OF interest mayhaps to the curious and the adventurous and the reviewers, Amazon has the YI M1 with 12-40mm f3.5-5.6 micro four thirds camera going for $150 with free shipping. Do read the reviews at Amazon and elsewhere as there are plenty of issues and trade-offs with this camera. $150 or not, if someone buys it as a “daily driver” type of a camera and they don’t know of the issues, they may be in for a rude awakening…

Massdrop is back on again with a new lens offering. It is the new condition Olympus M. Zuiko ED 12-40mm f/2.8 lens offered for $560 with free US shipping. International shipping appears to hover around $10 but I can’t check all the countries in the universe 🙂

There is no mention of warranty in the listing, and this is the international version of the lens. In other words, a grey market from the perspective of the US market.

The offer runs for the next seven days (from posting time) and will get shipping in mid-to-late April 2019 by Massdrop

Orders will ship in mid-April 2019. The product description has no mention of a warranty, so assume there is none. Shipping is free in the US. International shipping is around $5, with the exact amount depending on individual countries and regions. A prime lens is not that hard to ship after all 🙂
