Amazon has photo prints too these days. And until November 18 in 2017, coupon code HolidayDecor40 gets you 40% off Canvas and Aluminum and Large Prints. Prime members get free shipping without a minimum purchase required. Non-Prime members need a $15+ order to get free shipping.

For Thursday, coupon code FALL20 gets you 20% off in various categories at Living Social (now owned by Groupon) that includes the various custom photo print offers (typically under Decor). Pay attention to the terms because many of them do not include free shipping.
One offer that consistently includes free shipping is the Canvas On Demand 16×20-inch Canvas Prints, dropping the 1-pack to $24 and the 2-pack to $40. You can use the coupon on up to three Local Deals, maximum one unit per Local Deal.
It took Amazon a while but now they are in the photo printing business too. Good until 10/6/17 at 11:59pm (Friday night), coupon code FallDecor40 gets you 40% off Photo Canvases at the Amazon Prints page. All available print sizes (8×10, 11×14, 16×16, 16×20, and 20×24 inches) are eligible for the coupon.

The key to finding good canvas print offers on Groupon is to look for offers with free shipping of your printed canvas, otherwise, the sale price gets eaten up by the shipping fees. So with this, until Saturday night, we have both a sale AND free shipping!
Canvas On Demand, a regular canvaseer (new word?) on Groupon is offering 16×20-inch Custom Canvas Wraps for $24 if you buy one, or for $40 if you buy them as a 2-pack. You have to select the “Two” from the menu to get the discount, not two individual units. No coupon is needed, the price you see is the price you pay.
The terms state in multiple places that free shipping is included in the offer. You can redeem one Groupon voucher per redemption order placed at Canvas On Demand, but since you get free shipping, this is not an issue with this order (other print offers has mandatory shipping per order).
You can buy four vouchers (1-packs or 2-packs, your choice) and an additional voucher as a gift. Ships to US/AK/HI only. Check the full terms and conditions over there. Note that if you buy the discounted 2-packs, both prints must be ordered in the same order and ship to the same address (which is probably why they are able to offer a discount).
Offer expires Saturday night (9/30/17). This is the deadline to purchase the voucher, not to decide on what to print.
If you are a T-Mobile customer, every Tuesday you can get freebies as part of the “T-Mobile Tuesdays” promotion (website or app). For Tuesday 8/29/17, one of the offers is ten free prints at Walgreens, using the Walgreens app and picking them up at your local Walgreens B&M store. The teasers so far don’t mention print size. More details will be revealed on Tuesday over there when it goes live…

Limit five uses per customer during this promotion with the usual restrictions/terms. Free store pickup, otherwise you pay for shipping (unless they have any free S&H promotions there). Offer ends Saturday Wednesday at 11:59pm Central time… The offer has been extended…
Some pictures beg to be printed and some of those would work great as canvas prints. Which brings us to a CanvasOnSale Groupon promotion that includes five different sizes, including a one 16×20 inch print for $15 or a 2-pack for $31 (they list them as 20×16). For this Groupon shipping is additional and it starts at $10 and increases based on size and weight of the shipment. They do not specify how much it costs for each particular option.
UPDATE 8/2/16: the prices increased to $50 for two and $30 for one. Free shipping remains.

Even though the jump from two to three is higher than the jump from one to two, on average, the two-unit option is $19 per canvas, while the three-option is $18.33 per canvas. So if you are buying for volume, the 3-unit is the lowest per-canvas price.

They are $29 for 16×20 inch, $39 for 20×24 inch, $49 for 20×30 inch and $35 for a 16×20 inch collage print. Free shipping regardless of how many you buy. You can buy as many vouchers as you like, and send as many as you like as gifts. When redeeming the offer at Canvas Focus ( = making the prints), you can only redeem one voucher per order.
