Selfie sticks appear to be on their way to becoming the new opiate of the online mass merchandisers of photo gear, maybe replacing the pricey filters that followed months and months of pushing tripods. (sigh)
It’s funny how slowly but steadily they are “re-discovering” photography for the smartphone generation, with monopods, flashes, ring lights, RAW, etc, etc, etc.
