WE just updated the Stock Status Tracker. As foreshadowed by yesterday’s low-stock alert, the Nikon D500 body only is now out of stock at Adorama while the Pentax K-1 body only is in-stock with a $100 price premium, going for $1900 with free shipping by K&M Camera thru Amazon (ships from K&M in New York).

    I’m a K-5 II owner with a ton of Pentax lenses, but got sick of waiting and moved to FujI X. Got a body and four lenses for the $1800 allocated for the K-1. Im so happy with the decision, I might not ever return.

      Yeah, the extra wait is adding insult to injury all things considered. But that’s the benefit of a competitive market with a variety of choices. One can build nice setups with under $2000 these days and try different systems.
