Sony has embraced the smartphone flagship pre-ordering model for their camera gear, where the pre-orders start a few days after the announcement. So starting today, you can pre-order their two new constant aperture FE lenses as follows:

+ July 31 release estimate
+ Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM for $2200
+ August 31 release estimate
