Pre-order new Nikon AF-P 70-300 and 18-55 DX Lenses (Four Options, $200 to $400)

While the new Nikon D3400 kit options were straightforward, things are a bit more complicated in the new AF-P Nikon lenses. Two different lenses are available in two different options each, with and without VR. An interesting decision here, perhaps with an eye towards bundling them in different ways and discounting them?
