If you are an early pancake adopter, the new Canon EF-S 24mm f2.8 STM lens along with a free 52mm UV Filter, Cleaning Kit, and Capleash II, is available for $150 plus shipping at Adorama. This is an EF-S/APS-C lens… CORRECTION (Fri 2:34am ET): the extras do not come with free shipping.
If you don’t need the extras, the default Canon EF-S 24mm f2.8 STM lens (without the extras) goes for $150 with free S&H at Adorama.
Here comes a December surprise! Canon announced the brand new Canon EOS C100 Mark II Cinema Camera with Dual Pixel CMOS AF (Body Only). It is expected to arrive by the end of the year, and it is available for pre-order for $5500 at B&H Photo.
The black Panasonic LF1 has a drip-drop price-drop, you can now get it for $230 with free shipping, with a limit of two per shopping cart, at Amazon by Amazon herself.

As of a 12/8/14 recheck, the price is now $700+… If you are comfortable with used digital cameras, the Sony RX10 is available in “Used – Very Good” condition for $631 at Amazon Warehouse Deals, sold by Amazon WD at this price.
