The previously mentioned eBay auction closed at $1550 with 15 bids. As to the current situation, I just updated the Stocks Status Tracker and the situation is this:
+ Olympus E-M1 II body in-stock with a $100 $200 premium ($2100 $2200 instead of $2000) by Cardinal thru Amazon
+ this is one of the issues with MAP; online retailers are not effectively allowed to sell for less than MAP, but the sky is the limit on how high the price can go. If you are going to limit how low the price can get, it’s only fair to also limit how high it can go 🙂
