It’s back yet again in a new incarnation at the eBay Deals. It is not a glamorous deal but it’s a utilitarian 5% off! It is the return of Pay $95, Get $100 eBay Gift Card via email with a limit one of per customer. These don’t last long, but they return every few days/weeks.
Strategy: since each new listing has a limit of one per customer, if you are a frequent eBay shopper, you can just buy this every time it returns with a new listing.
