Nespresso is sort of the Apple to Keurig’s Android, in the sense that Nespresso’s patent lawyers don’t let them make crappy cheap plasticky machines that take K-cups but work horribly [yes, speaking from personal experience! LOL]!
PS: if you are not familiar with the world of Nespresso, the ones on sale above are the next-generation Vertuo system that makes larger drinks that are more popular in the American market. The Original line was focused on smaller espresso drinks mostly that are more popular in the European market. The capsules/pods are not compatible between the two.
