It does not come with a Nikon USA warranty instead the seller provides a one year warranty (parallel in features to the manufacturer warranty), with the “Item Specifics” on the eBay listing saying: “Trained Professionals at Authorized Repair Center”.
If you are not comfortable with imported grey-market items, you can get it manufacturer refurbished with a 90 day Nikon USA warranty for $5000 at Adorama.
