Fuji X100T stock update: more places in-stock (also new-other for $1200)

After nearly two weeks, we finally updated the Fuji X100T stock status page. Even more retailers now have the camera in-stock for its starting price of $1300 including Amazon itself and B&H Photo. Of the ones that have it in-stock, Adorama leads the bonus items with 4% promotional rewards (= $52).
