Just like clockwork almost, every Fall, Adobe releases a new version of the Photoshop & Premiere Elements software, with the model number trailing the calendar year by one. Version 13 is now on sale for $70 at B&H Photo as a software box by mail. The sale is good for Black Friday only… Previously it was $80 with free shipping or as a digital download at Amazon by Amazon itself.
