Stacksocial on Groupon is offering an online DSLR Camera Course Bundle for $30. According to the product description, you get 35 lectures running for 11 hours, taught by photographer Ken Schultz. This includes unlimited access to the cloud classes. I have not seen the courses, so be sure to research them DIY-style if interested. The Groupon listing expires 5/14/13 at 1am ET. NYC Free Class: How to Become A Google Trusted Photographer (5/31/12)

If you are near New York City, or if you are going to be near New York City on May-31-2012, the Calumet brick and mortar store there will be offering a free 90 minute class at 11am NYC time, "How to Become A Google Trusted Photographer". The class is free but registration is required. As of the time of writing, there are 17 seats available. You can register there online by clicking on the Register button. Judging by the links at the aforelinked page, the class is offered by Google Business Photos, which is part of Google Maps. UPDATED: forgot to include link to class in OP (one of the side-fx of chaotic multi-tasking).

Going beyond the Earth, Amazon has the The Universe Series MegaSet (BluRay) for $59, including footage/photography from NASA and lots of special effects. This set has 63 episodes plus the feature length "Beyond the Big Bang" episode. This set covers the first five seasons of The Universe series.
