The new weekly ad is out for the wild west of electronics, Fry's Electronics, and they have a mirrorless camera sale. These are in-store only specials, meaning you have to either buy them or pick them up at a local brick and mortar Fry's store. The top right corner of the aforelinked ad page shows among others:

+ Panasonic GF5 with the 14-42mm lens for $300 in your choice of black or white

Pentax K-01 black w/40mm XS pancake for $360

The black Pentax K-01 with the 40mm XS pancake lens is now available for $360 with free shipping at Amazon by Amazon and B&H Photo. If they sell out, you can get it for $370 at Adorama.

If you prefer the white body color, you can get the K-01 with 40mm XS pancake for $380 at B&H Photo.

The price is not as good as the $317 price of the yellow of a few weeks ago, but most of us don't have time machines. Speaking of the yellow ones, a lot of the $317 orders have been shipped by now.

If you don't want the 40mm XS lens and don't want to sell/trade it either, you can get the black K-01 body only for $300 at Amazon by Amazon and the black or yellow or white for $300 at B&H Photo.

On the other hand if you are a fan of zoom lenses, the K-01 two zoom lens kits (18-55 and 50-200) start at $470+ (depending on body color) at B&H Photo and Amazon.

Deal Ended: yellow Pentax K-01 w/40mm for $315 (DEAL ENDED)

We have a Deal Ended alert! After many days, the yellow Pentax K-01 with the 40mm XS pancake lens for $315 ended at Amazon.

As of a late Friday re-check the price returned to normal levels at $400... with the price jumping to $900 (!). Not sure if this suggests a price-error now or the previous price was an error that they didn't notice before or they jumped the price high to stop people from buying it. As far as I can tell, none of the previous $315 orders have shipped. If you purchased one of the $315 kits and it has shipped, please let us know in the comments or using the online contact form!

Pre-order: 100 colors of the Pentax Q10 (4-6 weeks delivery)

Apparently Pentax is taking their 100 colors thing seriously! You can now order each and everyone of the 100 colors at Adorama. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Perhaps someone at Pentax will be dip them into their custom paint baths and then send them to you ;-)

Given that the price continues for the fourth day in a row, the chances of this being a price-error are significantly reduced. Don't forge to also get "Yellow" by Coldplay, a good match for the camera ;-)

There's the power of love, and then there's the buying power of Costco. On the latter, Costco is offering the Pentax Q with the 5-15mm zoom lens, a Lowepro case and a 8GB Kingston SD card for $300 in your choice of black Q or white Q.

Speaking of Pentax, if the stars align, and you need both a Pentax K-30 w/18-55mm and the Pentax WG-1 waterproof P&S camera, and you can find good use for a Pentax Sling bag and an 8GB SD card, Costco has these bundles in black or white for $800.
