Single page with Olympus E-M5 kits eligible for $150 VISA mail-in rebates

B&H Photo has set up a page with the five Olympus E-M5 kits eligible for the VISA prepaid mail-in rebates. You can buy up to three lenses from the list of qualifying lenses shown in the PDF file which you can find under "More Rebates" in the middle of the page of individual product pages. By "individual product pages" we mean the individual page of a camera kit, for example, the silver E-M5 w/12-50 kit... For a more detailed discussion of these, see the main blog alert posted last week.

A note if you are buying these at retailers that have open marketplaces like Amazon, Sears, eBay, Best Buy, NewEgg, Buy.com, etc. Make sure you are buying from the actual house retailer itself, and not from third-party or marketplace sellers. If you are going to buy from a third-party/marketplace seller, make sure they are an authorized dealer and make sure they are offering this promotion through their Amazon/Sears/eBay/BestBuy/NewEgg/Buy.com listings, and make sure Olympus (and their rebate agents) are going to accept this as an eligible purchase. If you cannot verify all of the above, the safest thing to do is buy from the house retailer - if they are offering this promotion!

Buy Olympus E-M5 and up to three lenses, get $150 back per lens (VISA gift card via mail-in rebate)

Olympus has launched a new combined purchase promotion via mail-in rebate in the form of a prepaid VISA gift card. The promotion runs from 1/3 to 1/27 in 2013. You must buy, in the same shopping cart, one of the five Olympus E-M5 camera kits and up to three lenses from the list of eligible lenses. You will receive a $150 prepaid VISA gift card via mail-in rebate for each one of the lenses. You must send the original UPC codes for the rebate, so make sure all is well before cutting the UPC codes from the boxes. You can see this promotion mentioned in each of the E-M5 product pages at B&H Photo, for example, the silver E-M5 body only. Look under the "Buy Together & Save" link in the middle of the page. NOTE that both Micro Four Thirds and Four Thirds (SLR) lenses are eligible for this promotion. You can also check the PDF file directly (link is the PDF file).

If you prefer a more long-winded explanation of this, check the main blog alert.
