This looks like a good sign for the Nikon lens production facilities. The combined purchase lens instant rebates for the f2.8 lenses have returned for the first time after the natural disasters of March 2011! This is a permanent page tracker! Bookmark it for future reference.
Latest Update: July 3, 2012 at 3:55pm ET: They are back! These are STACKABLE, so you buy both lenses together with one DSLR kit and get a $400 off combined purchase discount ($200 + $200)... This round expires July 28, 2012 (unless extended)... These continue in parallel to the APS-C Nikon Instant Rebates with the 55-200 and 55-300 lenses and the APS-C DSLRs.
DEAL ALERT: The Nikon D7000 is eligible for these two f2.8 lenses and also the two DX VR lenses, and these promotions are stackable. If you buy a D7000 kit with all four lenses, you will get four discounts ($200 + $200 + $150 + $100). We have created a separate D7000 stackable Instant Rebates table for your convenience.
THE DISCOUNTS
+ these are stackable: you can get one or two lenses with one DSLR kit

DISCOUNTS NOT WORKING?
If you are following the steps and you have the correct items in your shopping cart, and they are all sold and shipped by Amazon (not by 3rd-party or marketplace sellers) and they are brand new (not used or refurbished) and you are still not getting the discounts please let me know in the comments or using the online contact form.
The most common user errors with these are:
1) not having the correct items in the correct quantities
2) some of the items are offered by someone other than Amazon itself
3) there might be multiple listings for the same item, some of the listings created by 3rd-parties instead of Amazon. You must buy the one sold and shipped by Amazon itself
