The black Casio EX-FC100 has dropped in price again, you can now get it sold and shipped by Amazon for $222 with free shipping and a bonus 4gb SDHC memory card. If you prefer to get the silver-white model, you can get it for around $225.

If you are looking for a general P&S digital camera as a gift or as a general-purpose don't-mind-if-lost-stolen-or-broken type of a camera, then you may be interested in investigating the Casio EX-Z33 which is available in a variety of colors from a variety of sellers at Amazon for around $103, give or take a few quarters.
This has the typical P&S features, 3x zoom, 2.5-inch display, face detection, LiIon, SD/SDHC, movies, etc. We did not find any actual reviews of this camera, so your best bet is probably checking user-reviews at different retailers, user-review sites, and digital camera forums.

We just checked, and it prices has crashed to under $190 at Amazon.com. The camera is available in Casiofied versions of the colors blue, gray and red.

Competition has made cameras a lot more affordable. Who would have thought that you could get a stylish LiIon-based camera like the black Casio EX-S5 for just $111 with free shipping and handling! Well, now you can, because that's the price offered at Amazon by Amazon herself!
So how does this camera do? Well, that's a good question! The camera has been off our radar because we can't keep track of 300+ cameras at the same time. A quick Google search shows no reviews from the major review sites, however, after we looked at our Casio post archives, we discovered that the EX-S5 goes by the name EX-Z1 in Europe.
