If you are looking for an entry into the world of Nikon DSLRs, there are many options now-a-days. One of them is the Nikon D3000 with the 18-55 and 55-200 DX lenses for $400 at Amazon by Amazon itself. This is brand new, not refurbished. Note that the two lenses are NOT stabilized. The D3000 is an older DSLR and in those days, both kit lenses were DX but not VR!
