Adobe has launched a new round of Special Offers. The most interesting of them perhaps can be found in the third-row, it is an offer for eligible Students and Teachers, they can get the Creative Cloud for $20/month when they agree to a 12-month contract. After the 1-year, they can cancel. If they don't cancel, it will automatically switch to the standard price ($30/month or whatever is the standard at the time). The promotion to sign up for this offer expires November-30-2012.
