Nikon D5000 with 18-55 DX VR drops to $758

Not to be outdone by the Canon T1i discount, the Nikon D5000 with the 18-55 DX VR kit has dropped to $758, sold and shipped by Amazon.com itself.

This kit started at $850, so it is nearly one price-stop (one price-stop = $100) below its starting price now. Despite the price drops, it is managing to keep a $50 price advantage over the T1i.
