(MAYBE) Free shipping returns at Calumet Photo (orders $100 or more)

We couldn't get this promotion to work, even though it came directly from Calumet. The shopping cart page shows a shipping fee if the order is over $100. We have not completed a checkout so we don't know if it changes there. Regardless, this should not be showing a S&H fee if the promotion is working as it was supposed to. We are waiting to hear from Calumet.

And frankly, we are getting tired of all these retailers sending out promotions that are not working as expected out of the gate.

Original post: The free shipping promotion returns at Calumet Photo. All qualifying orders of $100 or more will get free standard shipping. These must be shipped to the 48-contiguous continental states. There is NO coupon to enter, no magic code, just clicking through will automagically get you free shipping and handling.
