Here is the deal:

• You buy a 3-pack of Sandisk 4gb Extreme III Compact flash cards from Ritz/Wolf online. The item you see is a three-pack. You only need to buy one three-pack. One three-pack has three memory cards :)
  
• Download, READ, print, and fill-in the Sandisk PrePaid Visa Gift card rebate form
  
• Follow the instructions and the typical rebate due process and submit
  
• Eventually you will receive a $60 prepaid Visa card by mail. You can't deposit it like a check, but you can use it to buy things everywhere Visa is accepted

A word of caution when doing rebates, if you are not fully committed to following all the steps, making copies and tracking things, and making noise if there are problems, you may want to spare yourself the worry and frustration and not do it.

The rebate form (available in PDF at the Ritz site) states that they accept up to three claims per household, and each claim has a limit of three cards. A 3-pack counts as three cards :)
